FAQs

'I didn't give permission for a drone to fly over my property' : the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is the only body who can grant permission to fly in UK airspace; you do not own the airspace above your property. However drone operators must follow 'The Drone Code' and the requirements set out in CAP722B


'How high can a drone fly' : drone flights are restricted to 400ft / 120m above ground level (further height restrictions may apply in various areas around the country)
